In a rapidly changing world, having access to the right expertise at the right time is critical. S+A is a collaborative network of national best-in-class experts in Sustainable Real Estate Development that offer different strengths and capabilities depending on the unique needs of the client and project.
Pat has interacted with a multitude of consultants and agencies from initial due diligence on a raw piece of land, through the environmental, design and entitlement process, construction issues and model openings, mitigation requirements and reporting, DRE submittals, turnover of common areas, bond releases, and finally serving on the association board of directors.
Prior to joining Schweitzer + Associates, Pat was Project Manager for over 17 years with Vintage Communities, San Juan Group and Western National Homes. A majority of the Vintage Community projects focused primarily on complex, environmentally challenging, and uniquely situated projects that were passed over by most builders.
In 2006, Pat formed Pat Hartman Consulting Services to assist builders in the time consuming and complicated process of preparing DRE submittal packages, due diligence, and Project Management.
